Smoothest real estate experience ever! We live 3 hours away from the property we inherited and needed help with all aspects of the sale. This made the day-to-day management of the property nearly impossible. That's where Kim stepped in! We interviewed several realtors and ultimately determined Kim was the best choice. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. Kim took over and helped us get the house completely cleared out and eventually had the property cleaned for the new owners. Kim proved to be our eyes and ears in Plantation Bay. She managed everything up to and including the closing. Finally, if we had it to do over, Kim would have been the only person we spoke with!

Kim Peran is a fantastic Realtor!! She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. We wanted to relocate to Florida from New Jersey and met with Kim to talk with her about the kind of home and the area we wanted. We drove around with Kim looking at different neighborhoods and Kim got to know us and get a feel for exactly what we were looking for in a home. After we went back to New Jersey, Kim continued to look for the perfect house for us. She sent us different homes to look at online, while she went in person to Facetime us what the house looked like. When the perfect house came up for us, Kim went to see it, filmed each room for us to see and was able to act as our representative since we were unable to get to Florida to look at the house in person. We ended up buying the house without ever seeing it in person. We are now living in the house and LOVE everything about it... all because Kim took the time to listen to what we wanted and then found the perfect house for us. I have moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and it was a complete nightmare because of the Realtor I had in PA. Kim was a God sent for me. She was even on a two week vacation visiting her first grandchild and still stayed on top of things the entire vacation. This is dedication beyond words. Kim worked with us for a year. Initially we looked at houses and decided we weren't ready. Months later we contacted her and looked at house again, only to decide we needed to sell a house up north first. Still later we contacted Kim again and finally did put a contract on a house. She walked us through the process without a glitch even though the sellers were trying to make things very difficult. Right up to the closing table. Kim is a real professional, personable and truly cares about her clients. Would I work with her again? Absolutely!
