Originally from New York, Kim Peran traded cold winters and traffic for the sunshine and lifestyle of East Central Florida more than ten years ago. After falling in love with the Ormond Beach area, she began her real estate career in 2018 with Adams, Cameron & Co. REALTORS®, a locally trusted company serving the community since 1963.

Before real estate, Kim spent many years working in social services and the financial industry. That experience shaped the way she works with her clients today—with patience, compassion, honesty, and a genuine desire to help people make decisions that are right for them.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Senior Home Coach™, Kim has a special passion for helping seniors and their families navigate real estate decisions. Whether someone is downsizing, moving closer to family, considering a 55+ community, or simply trying to decide what their next step should be, Kim understands that these moves are about much more than selling a house. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain options, and help put a plan in place—without pressure.

Kim also works with buyers, sellers, and those relocating to East Central Florida and has extensive knowledge of Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club, and the surrounding communities. Her additional designations include ABR®, PSA, SFR®, RSPS, and C2EX, giving her the experience and education to guide clients through many different types of real estate transactions.
